After feeling bloated i consulted the great internet and found that was drinking too little water. So as of last week i have been drinking a shed loads of water. At least 8pints shit its so difficult but .I have been running to the lav is so many times. But i have to say i feeling and looking better.plus cut down on sodium. With the introduction of my new c.v. Work out with kettle bells and TRX suspension training. Its a killer but i am feeling the benefit and seeing the result. So after the double injuries i had over two months ago im back on target.
