I really hope that maids that manage to complete the course will be able to put their talents to good use. They will come out with a certificate of achievement which should appeal to some Dominants.

A fantastic idea to offer a certificate, it will offer maids a definite bonus when approaching a dominant for service as they will have proof of their service and standard. But also a bonus for a dominant as they can instantly see the maid is genuinely about service and not just someone who wants to dress in frills and have a spanking.

This sounds like a lovely idea ^_^

I've been wondering whether it might be worth encouraging my self-professed domestic slave to attend some kind of course to teach protocol and proper household management skills.

I'm not really sure whether this is what we're looking for, or if some kind of training approaching the "domestic servant" role from a non-D/s perspective might be more appropriate; but I'll certainly be looking into this as one option.

That, patsy, is one thing I can promise you it will involve.

And woe betide any young lady that does not serve to the absolute satisfaction of the Ladies present. Ladies can be very demanding.

There are some excellent short courses at colleges, etc. but I doubt very much they will be using the same methods of encouragement and correction that We will.

I believe submissives should learn skills from skilled, talented and enthusiastic teachers or mentors, and if they carry the intention of D/s servitude within that learning, so much the better.

I love the idea of serving the ladies after-noon tea but I'm also a little apprehensive now.

It sounds like the maids are going to be trained to a very high standard and the ladies' training methods will be quite intensive!

Nothing is worth doing unless doing it well... and do remember that the high standard expected is the "end" result of your training, and the whole point of undertaking such.

I will be most interested to see how the maids progress and develop their skills through their training.

Dear Lady Ashton,

Thank you for putting me right. I can see now how very fortunate the trainee maids will be to have such wonderful enthusiastic Lady Instructors.

To be honest, the thought of being put in my place and taught to behave and serve correctly but such fabulous demanding Ladies is also quite exciting!

And i hope the Ladies will feel very proud as they progressively develop the appropriate attitudes and skills in their maids. Thank you, patsy

I feel it prudent to point out that the workshop and training is Ms Whites as you put instructor(s) but I will certainly be very interested in how the maids progress and looking to steal a local lovely for my own house.
